Warranty IPOD
IPOD Tech Store covers 1 year warranty from the date of the original shipment. Under our warranty, we will replace or repair. All warranties are voided if returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of returns. All warranties will be void on items that are returned inadequately packaged. Merchandise returned under warranty as defective will be tested. Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandise for exchange, repair, or refund.

We guarantee replacement for any product sold and found to be defective within Warranty period.

If the event that you receive a product that is shipped not as advertised/wrong product or your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact (if applicable), and all components, manuals included. Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandise for exchange or refund.
